Sharkeyville is only days away from completion. The final touches are going on and we are ready for an open house Feb. 26, 2008.
Insulation in the attic has been done, 18 inches cellulose
Sheetrock is hung and being taped
Interior Trim stained and installed
The project is ready for the market. It has been a great process building a super green home we hope that it is well recieved and that the home buyer understands how energy efficient this home will perform.

wow that really looks good. how much did it cost overall? I hope you have basement waterproofing because after the ice melts, that is gonna be a problem
