Kevin was here this morning and thanks to the late day push by Dennis, Craig Joel, Larry and Derrick everything went smooth and we should be moving forward, weather depending. The project has had a few glitches but for the most past we are on schedule and should be pouring the walls and moving forward with the second floor pour next week. We will be using AmDeck for the floor system which has been featured on the Next Gen Home in Seattle. With AmDeck we will create an elevated slab that will span the 28 feet unsupported and will feature radiant once again in the slab. I will discuss it more as we move forward. Next week, if not sooner, the concrete will be flowing through the walls, wish us luck.
Here is the icf concrete mix 3500 psi, 3/8 stone, 7 slump add the plasticizer!
